Packaging testing

Exported products require special attention due to their packaging method and assurance that the shipment will arrive safely at its destination. How can product damage be avoided? HQTS is your right partner to give you a complete solution to these problems. In its testing laboratory accredited by the International Safe Transit Association (ISTA), HQTS performs transportation tests in a simple, fast and inexpensive manner to evaluate protective packaging design under real shipping conditions.

In addition to certification according to ISTA 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1G, 1H, 2A, 2B, 2C,2D, 2E, 3A, 3E, and 3F, HQTS combines the latest requirements and standards using TAPPI, ASTM, ISO and GB Standards to help ensure better protection of products against expected hazards experienced in everyday transportation and distribution.

Toys and Premiums Testing

Toys are among the world’s most stringently regulated products, because improperly designed or manufactured may pose a threat to children. Therefore, parents have to be assured that children’s products and toys they buy are safe for use. HQTS has been actively involved in the promotion and launching of the international safety standards in both China and other countries for many years. Our technicians have rich experience in designing and controlling toys in terms of safety. We will provide our customers with the knowledge concerning regulatory compliance, practical solutions to problems, which will make it possible to protect our customers and end users.

The standards we use are compliant with the international and regional toy safety standards such as CPSC, ASTM, FDA, EN-71, ISO, GB.

Household products and giftware testing

Due to diverse legal rules applicable in various countries and their frequent changes, we help our customers determine what requirements must be met by the products imported by them.
